Refund and Cancellation Policy

We sincerely hope that you enjoy Shunya India products as much as we do. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to assist you. Please contact our Customer Service experts at [email protected], and they will be more than happy to help you in the best way possible.

Cancellation Policy:

If you wish to cancel your order, please initiate the cancellation request within 4 hours of placing the order or before the order has been shipped, whichever occurs first. If your order has already been shipped, it will only be eligible for replacement or refund in the event of damage or unsuitability for consumption.

Replacement Policy:

We offer replacements for orders in the following scenarios. Please initiate the replacement request within a maximum of 5 days of delivery and clearly state the reason in your email (We appreciate knowing what went wrong).

  • Damaged Product: If you receive a product in a damaged form, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery, attaching a picture of the delivered order for our internal quality checks.
  • Incorrect Product: If you receive a product that is different from what you had ordered, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery.
  • Missing Items: If any item is missing from your order, please reach out to us within 72 hours of delivery, and we will promptly arrange for the missing items to be shipped.
  • Taste or Freshness Issue: If you find that the product tastes bad or stale, please contact us within 5 days of the order delivery. Kindly provide specific details about what you didn’t like, and we will send a replacement to address the issue.

*Please note that we do not accept returns. Replacements are eligible only in the above-mentioned scenarios.

Refund Policy:

All refunds will be processed after internal quality checks. To request a refund, please provide the necessary proofs. Our Customer Service team will notify you once the refund request has been approved.
If your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days. If you do not receive your refund within the specified time, please feel free to contact us.
Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment used for the order.
Please be aware that Shunya India is not liable to process any refund requests initiated after 7 days of delivery or in the absence of necessary proofs.

P.S. If our products do not meet your taste expectations and it is your first order with us, we offer a no-questions-asked refund for the amount equivalent to your order value, up to a maximum of $35.
